As a result of my vocational training, my studies and my professional experience, I have acquired a very profound knowledge of food production. In the processing of coffee my offer refers to the construction of roasting facilities, the improvement of existing production, the profiling of roasting curves and monitoring and management of quality; also I can help in optimisation, higher efficiency and profitability of production.
